Ralph N. Nominee, 67, of Tiffin, died Sunday afternoon, May 3, 2009 in the Emergency Room at Mercy Hospital of Tiffin.

On August 11, 1941 in Tiffin he was born to Norman and Mary (Schetter) Nominee. He married Sharon McDole May 27, 1967.

Survivors include his wife, Sharon of 41 years; sons, Rick (Deb) Nominee, Mark (Chris) Nominee, Adam (Karrey) Nominee all of Tiffin; a daughter, Cindy Nominee of Tiffin, brother, Frank Nominee of Republic and 9 grandchildren, Jonathan and Angela, Corbin and Clayton, Ethan and Zachary, Preston, Peyton, Breannna, and one expected grandson.

He was preceded in death by his parents, a brother, Leo Nominee and a granddaughter, Samantha.

Ralph enjoyed spending his time fishing, camping, vacationing in Tennessee and the Smoky Mountains, and watching John Wayne and Clint Eastwood movies.

A Memorial Mass will be Wednesday, May 6, 2009 at 10:00 am at St. Mary Catholic Church with Father Gary Walters officiating. The Rosary will be prayed 20 minutes prior to mass. Burial will be at a later date.

Memorial contributions may be made to St. Mary Catholic Church or American Heart Assoc.
