Ralph P. Wymer, 82, of Tiffin, passed away suddenly on Tuesday evening, November 15, 2016 in the Emergency Room at Mercy Health-Tiffin.

He was born on February 25, 1934, in New Boston, Ohio to Ralph F. and Mildred T. (Schmidt) Wymer. On October 9, 1954, he married Carol Donahue and she preceded him in death in 2003. On August 13, 2005, he married Linda Miller-Snay.

Survivors include his wife, Linda of Tiffin; sons, Mark Wymer of Toledo and James (Michelle) Snay of Republic; daughters, Connie Horrigan of Cleveland and Jennifer Daniel of Tiffin; two sisters, Geraldine (Jerry) Kleinert of Toledo and Joann (John) Pero of Whitehouse; sister-in-law, Mary K Miller of Tiffin; grandchildren, Michael, Joseph, Jacqueline, Maya, Jacob, Carley, Austin, Kadin, Alexa, Kaitlyn and Nicholas.

He was preceded in death by his parents; first wife, Carol and daughter, Karen T. Wymer;

Ralph graduated in 1952 from Central Catholic High School and was a mechanic for over 30 years at Toledo Edison, retiring in 1990. In 2005, he moved to Tiffin and was a member of the Tiffin AmVets Post #48, Tiffin Eagles #402 and was a 20-year AA member. Ralph was always on the go, he enjoyed golfing, traveling, going out to dinner, was a great dancer, and enjoyed family time especially with his grandchildren. Ralph was a very nice, kind and loving man.

His Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10:00 A.M. on Monday, November 21, 2016 at St. Joseph Catholic Church with Rev. Joseph Szybka officiating. A Rosary will be prayed 20 minutes prior to Mass. A graveside service will follow in Calvary Cemetery at 1:30 P.M. in Toledo.
