Reva M. Cummings, 67, of Tiffin, passed away Wednesday morning, October 20, 2010, at Bridge Hospice Care Center, Findlay, where she had been a patient for two days.

She was born May 5, 1943, in Hamlin, WV, to Ralph and Ruby Miller. She married Lonnie D. Cummings on August 24, 1963.

Survivors include her husband of 47 years, Lonnie; a son, Troy (Brandi Tomlin) Cummings; a daughter, Sue (William) Risner, all of Tiffin; two sisters, Ruth (Vernon) Shelton of Salt Rock WV, Jean (Bill) Coker of Dover, FL; and four grandchildren, Anthony Risner, Kyle, Katelyn and T.J. Cummings; special nephews and niece, Mike Ray, Jackie Ray and Barbara Midkiff.

Preceding her in death along with her parents is her twin infant brother, Eugene; a brother, Herbert; three half brothers, Raymond, Donald and Emmet Ray; and a sister, Shirley Sutherland.

Reva was a 1961 graduate of Hamlin High School and was a member of First Baptist Church. She was originally from Hamlin, raised her family in Tiffin, and moved back to Hamlin upon retiring. She returned to Tiffin 6 months ago. She was a nurse's aide at Alta Mira Nursing Home and a caregiver to many family members. She enjoyed garage sales, cooking, shopping for deals, dining out and spending time with her family.

Her Funeral Service will be 1:00 PM, Saturday, October 23, 2010, at Hoffmann-Gottfried-Mack Funeral Home and Crematory, 236 S. Washington St., Tiffin, OH, 44883, 419-447-2424, with Rev. David Raulston officiating. Burial will follow in Fairmont Cemetery.

Friends may visit with the family 11:00 to 1:00 PM, Saturday, October 23, 2010, at Hoffmann-Gottfried-Mack Funeral Home and Crematory.
