Reylynn June Lee, was born and passed away on Monday, December 11, 2017 at Mercy Health-Tiffin Hospital.

She is survived by her parents to Justin Michael Lee and Felicia D. Siebenaller; brother, Carson Alan Lee; sister, Jordyn Harper Lee; grandparents, Brian and Amy Siebenaller of Tiffin and Phil and Elaine Lee of Old Fort; great grandparents, Jack DeMoss of Old Fort; Jeanie Lee of Green Springs, Regina Hall of Tiffin, Jack and Andrea Spradlin of New Riegel,  Kathy and Ray Runion of Bloomville, Steve Fruth, Sr. of Tiffin and Barbara Tiell of Tiffin; aunts and uncles, Ashley Vassalle of Portland, Oregon, Amber Witte of Bloomville, Alexis Witte of Tiffin, Alyssa Siebenaller of Tiffin, Cierra Medrano of Toledo, Anthony Medrano of Toledo and Lauren (Jason) Kline of Clyde.

She was preceded in death by her great parents, Jim Siebenaller, Sr., June DeMoss and Bill Lee.

A private burial was held for family and friends at St. Mary Catholic Cemetery.

Memorial contributions may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
