Richard Simpkins, 74, of Tiffin, passed away on Thursday morning, September 19, 2024 at Volunteers of America Autumnwood Care Center.

He was born on February 02, 1950, in Tiffin, Ohio, to James and Opal (Hannam) Simpkins.

Survivors include his sisters, Carol Breitigam and Marcy Simpkins.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and brothers, Allan Simpkins and James "Jimmy" Simpkins.

There will not be any services.
