Robert "Bob" Lofay, 70, of Tiffin, passed away on Tuesday, October 19, 2021 at St. Vincent Mercy Medical Center.

He was born on May 10, 1951, in Tiffin, Ohio.  He married Della Remsberg on April 12, 1969, in Mayville, New York.

He is survived by his wife, Della Lofay; daughters, Britne Carter and Beth (Michael) Compliment; four grandchildren, Tony (Kali) Vassalle, Cara (Cory) Kummerer, Mikayla (Lane) Breaux and Paul (Taylor) Compliment; seven great grandsons, Davien Morris, Bentley Vassalle, Cobain Kummerer, Zaden Walton, Easton Breaux, Barrett Breaux and Blake Compliment; and expecting a great granddaughter, Addalynne Rose Compliment.  Also, bonus family, Windy Best and sons, Dawn Myers and daughter, Brenda (Rick) Mowery and James Smyser; best buddies, James (Carol) Snyder, Dave Green and Dave Puesey.

Bob retired from the City of Tiffin and also worked at Mercy Hospital, Vesuvius and AFS.

Bob was a wonderful husband, grandfather and the best friend anyone could have.

There will be no services a this time.

Memorial contributions may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
