Ronald Mark Bogner, 87, of New Riegel, passed away on Saturday, March 21, 2026 at Edgewood Manor, Port Clinton.

He was born on May 23, 1938, in Reed Twp., Ohio, to Henry and Helen (Ball) Bogner. On December 10, 1971, he married Edith Peck.

Survivors include his wife, Edith Bogner of Port Clinton; son, Timothy Mullins of Georgia; daughter’s, Carolyn (Mark) Holmer of Attica and Mellanie (Tim) Halker of Columbus; sister, Linda Hahler of Willard; six grandchildren; and four great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Marion, Melvin, Donald, James, Paul and Joseph; and sisters, Betty Swartzmiller, Shirley Slosser, Mary Halcomb, Carol Bogner, Margaret Carp and June Bogner.

Ron was a 1956 graduate of Hopewell-Loudon. After high school, he served in the United States Navy for six years. He retired as an inspector from Whirlpool. Ron was a hard worker, enjoyed taking a drive around the countryside, loved to play cards, especially euchre and was very family oriented. He loved his family and extended relatives.
