Ronald A. Walters, 57, of Tiffin, died, Wednesday, December 17, 2008, unexpectedly at St. Vincent Mercy Medical Center in Toledo.

On August 14, 1951, he was born to Paul and Margaret (Lawrence) Walters in Tiffin.

Survivors include, daughters, Shannon Walters and Courtney Walters both of Dayton, a son, Ronald Walters Jr. of North Carolina, two half-brothers, Ed Walters of Florida, Dale Walters of Fostoria, sister Sue Gomez of Tiffin, two grandchildren, Denae Sloan and Aulden Walters.

Preceding him in death are his parents.

Ronald was a graduate of Tiffin Columbian High School, and he was a paper carrier for the Advertiser-Tribune. He also served his country in the United States Army during the Vietnam War.

Graveside services will be 10 am, Wednesday, December 24, 2008, in Fairmont Cemetery, with Military Graveside Services conducted by the United Veteran's Council.
