Russell G. Reed, Sr., 81, of Tiffin, passed away on Saturday morning, January 27, 2024 at Bridge Hospice Care Center, Bowling Green.

He was born on April 17, 1942, in Hueysville, KY, to Creed and Dolly (Prater) Reed.  On May 05, 1962, he married Gloria Littrell.

Survivors include his son, Ted Reed of MN; daughters, Kathy Bigley and Stacy (Matt) Gebauer, both of Tiffin; and Amy (Trevor) Rohlf of IN; brothers, Hershel (Shirley) Reed of Inola, OK, Robert "Bob" Reed of Orrville and Rephard (Rhonda) Reed of Centerburg; sisters, Rita (Mike) Faidley of Palm Coast, FL and Sue (Lynn) Newman of Apopka, FL; 13 grandchildren; and 5 great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents; wife of 52 years, Gloria Reed; son, Russell G. Reed, Jr.; brothers, Ogil Reed and Charles "Bud" Reed; sister, Juanita Amburgy; brother-in-law, Arnold Amburgy; and sisters-in-law, Susy Reed, Bernie Reed and Percilla Reed.

Russell worked at Tiffin Ford.  He was a member of the Tiffin-Seneca Chapter of the Isaac Walton League.  He was a Master Archer and enjoyed participating in archery competitions and trick shooting.  Russel had his black belt in martial arts, was an avid bowler and enjoyed hunting with his sons-in-law and grandsons.  Most of all, Russell loved spending time with his family and friends.
