Ruth A. Hart, 63, of Tiffin, passed away Wednesday evening, June 4, 2014 at St. Vincent Mercy Medical Center, Toledo.

She was born on October 4, 1950 to Samuel and Anna (Hushour) Koch. On July 22, 1972, she married John R. Hart, Jr.

Survivors include her mother, Anna McClintock of Tiffin; husband, John of Tiffin; children, Brad Hart and Amy (Jeff) Myers, both of Tiffin; 3 grandchildren, Hanna, Vincent and Olivia; 1 brother, Larry (Bonnie) Koch of Tiffin; and 1 sister, Peggy Jacobs of Tiffin.

She was preceded in death by her father, Samuel; brother, Richard Koch; and her sister, Lynn Renninger.

Ruth graduated from Mohawk High School in 1968 and was a bankteller at National City Bank until she developed MS in 1993. She enjoyed playing cards, going to the Amish Country and spending time with her family; especially her grandchildren. Ruth was a loving wife, mother and mawmaw.

Her funeral service will be at 10:00 A.M. on Tuesday, June 10, 2014 at Hoffmann-Gottfried-Mack Funeral Home & Crematory, 236 S. Washington St., Tiffin, Ohio 44883, (419) 447-2424 with Rev. Gary Walters officiating. Burial will follow in Rock Creek Cemetery.

Friends may visit with the family from 4-8:00 P.M. on Monday, June 9, 2014 at the funeral home.
