Ruth A. Sendelbach, 87, of Baroda, MI and formerly of Tiffin, passed away on Monday morning, November 9, 2015 at Hanson Hospice Center, Stevensville, MI.

She was born on May 29, 1928, in Tiffin, Ohio, to Bernard and Alma (Hemrick) Derflinger. On October 28, 1950, she married Richard Sendelbach and he preceded her in death on March 20, 2003.

Survivors include three daughters, Rebecca (Barry) Hughes of Pleasant Lake, MI, Wanita (Stephen) Yingling of Baroda, MI and Linda (Gary) Kinninger of Botkins, Ohio; sister, Wanda Mills of Tiffin; 10 grandchildren, Wendy, Brian, Steven, Eric, Alex, Melissa, Mason & Matt, Crystal and Charro; and 16 great grandchildren.
She was also preceded in death by her parents; and brother, Bernard Derflinger.

Ruth graduated in 1946 from Tiffin Calvert High School, was a member of SS Patrick & Andrew Parish, St. Andrew Chapel, Liberty Twp. and their Altar Rosary Society and worked at Tiffin Glass House. She enjoyed playing cards and was in the same card club for 60 years. The joys of her life were her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Her Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10:00 A.M. on Saturday, November 14, 2015 at SS Patrick & Andrew Parish, St. Andrew Chapel, Liberty Twp., with Rev. Tim Kummerer officiating. A Rosary will be prayed 20 minutes prior to Mass. Burial will follow in St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery.

Friends may visit with the family from 4-8:00 P.M. on Friday, November 13, 2015 at Hoffmann-Gottfried-Mack Funeral Home & Crematory, 236 S. Washington St., Tiffin, Ohio 44883, (419) 447-2424. A Christian Wake Service will begin at 7:30 P.M.
