Ruthann C. Hohman, 68, of Bloomville, passed away Friday morning, June 24, 2011 at The Bellevue Hospital.

On August 20, 1942, in Huron County, she was born to Leo and Margaret (Schriner) Daniel. She married Jerry J. Hohman in St. Sebastian Catholic Church on April 24, 1965.

Survivors include her husband, Jerry of 46 years; sons, Thomas Hohman of Tiffin; David (Donna) Hohman of Bloomville; daughters, Deborah (Timothy) Stanley of Columbus; Linda (Jerald) Faber of Fostoria; Joan (Mark) Wolf of Tiffin; and 10 grandchildren.

Ruthann was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church and a 1960 graduate of Willard High School. She took pride in everything she did and loved raising her family. She enjoyed baking, sewing and helping around the family farm.

A Mass of Christian burial will be Tuesday, June 28, 2011 at 10:00 am at St. Joseph Catholic Church with Rev. Joseph Szybka officiating. Burial will follow in St. Boniface Cemetery in New Riegel.

A private visitation was held for the family.

Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, Diabetes Association, or the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.
