Samuel James Perry, was stillborn Tuesday August 16, 2016 at Tiffin Mercy Hospital.

Survivors include his parents, Jonathan and Jennifer (Kish) Perry of Tiffin; grandparents, Cheryl and Jim Reinhart of Tiffin; Mary and Tim (Kish) of Brunswick; great grandparents, Evelyn and Mike Wagner of Tiffin and Martha and John Kish of North Royalton; many aunts, uncles and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Michael Perry; and cousin, Ari Perry.

A private burial was held for family at St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery.

Memorial contributions may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.

Hoffmann-Gottfried-Mack Funeral Home & Crematory assisted the family with arrangements.
