Sandra K. Miller, 77, of Tiffin, passed away on Monday, November 14, 2022 at Bridge Hospice Care Center in Wood County Hospital.

She was born on February 9, 1945, in Tiffin, Ohio to Samuel and Clara (Smith) Shaw.  On November 25, 1966, she married Donald E. Miller and he preceded her in death in 2003.

Survivors include her son, Jeffrey E. Miller of Tiffin; daughter, Jennifer K. (Leonard Flanagan) Thallman of Tiffin; sister, Clara Steinmetz of Tiffin; and grandchildren, Suzanna K. Thallman, Lillian J. (Sam Scheele) Miller and Zane Thallman.

She was also preceded in death by her parents; infant daughter, Laura Lea Miller; brothers, Lewis Shaw and Kenneth Shaw; sister, Marcia Shaw Webb; and son-in-law, Mick Thallman.

Sandra was a 1963 graduate of Tiffin Calvert High School.  She worked at Kmart until it closed, as a secretary for her son-in-law, Mick, at Circle H Tire, RCA in Findlay, in the cafeteria at Heidelberg College and was an aide at Seneca House.  She was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church and loved her morning coffee, a good peach cigar, traveling, trips to the Amish Country, cooking, canning, hunting mushrooms, building several houses with her husband and watching the Hallmark Channel, Survivor, The Bachelorette and Yellowstone.  Most of all, Sandra loved spending time with her family.

There will be a private graveside service at a later date in St. Mary Catholic Cemetery.

Memorial contributions may be made to F.A.C.T., to the Breast Cancer Fund of Ohio or Calvert Catholic Schools.
