Obituary

Sarah E. Fish, 89, of Tiffin, passed away Sunday, March 11, 2012, at her home surrounded by family.

She was born on October 5, 1922, in Woodville, OH, to Benjamin and Minnie (Roy) Runion. She married Clyde R. Fish on December 24, 1948, and he survives.

Survivors include her husband, Clyde; three sons, Clyde (Kathy) Street of Florida, Sam (Kathy) Heath of Rising Sun, Ohio, and Tim (Janis) Fish, of Tiffin, Ohio; four daughters, Linda (Buddy) Ickes and Virginia (John) Michaels, both of Kansas, Ohio, Kathy (Charles) Hill, of Findlay, Ohio, and Bonnie Fish, of Tiffin, Ohio; 21 grandchildren, 39 great grandchildren and 9 great-great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; son, Jim Heath; Five brothers, Frank, Carl, Bob, Clarence and Al Runion; and three sisters, Ruth Ross, Mabel Ruehle, Betty Heath, grandson, Richie Kimble and a great-great grandson, Ashton Black.

Sarah was a member of Victory Christian Fellowship in Fremont, Ohio. Early in life, she worked at Heinz in Fremont. She enjoyed baking, going to church, family and friends, going out to eat, babysitting grandchildren, and family gatherings.

Her funeral service will be on Friday, March 16, 2012 at 10:00 A.M. at Hoffmann-Gottfried-Mack Funeral Home & Crematory, 236 S. Washington St., Tiffin, Ohio 44883, (419) 447-2424, with Rev. Scott Robels officiating. Burial will follow at Fairmont Cemetery.

Friends may visit with the family on Thursday, March 15, 2012 from 4-8 PM at the funeral home.

Memorial contributions may be made to Community Hospice Care or to a charity of the donor's choice.
