Scott Alan Bowers, 59, of Tiffin, passed away Wednesday morning, April 17, 2013 at his residence.

He was born on March 5, 1954, in Tiffin, Ohio, to Wade and Carol Ann (Bishop) Bowers. On October 28, 1978, he married Annalisa M. Kuhn.

Survivors include his wife, Annalisa; son, Ethan Bowers of Toledo; 2 daughters, Erin (Daniel) Watson of Indian Trail, NC and Carly (Bret) Colman of Arcadia; brother, Randy Bowers of Tiffin; and 3 grandchildren, Lyla, Addison and Brody.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Scott graduated in 1972 from Tiffin Columbian High School and received his bachelor's degree from Tiffin University. He enjoyed gardening, putt putt golfing, spending time outdoors, motorcycles and washing cars. He also enjoyed spending time in the Amish Country and at the Lake and was a Michigan football fan. Scott was a family man and loved going to sporting events for his children and grandchildren.

A graveside service will be at 11:00 A.M. on Saturday, April 20, 2013 at Greenlawn Cemetery with Rev. Dr. Louis Dorsch officiating.

There will be no visitation.

Hoffmann-Gottfried-Mack Funeral Home & Crematory is assisting the family with arrangements.
