She was born on March 08, 1952, in Washington, PA, to Clyde and Mary King. She got her nickname "Pixie" from her dad when he said she looks like a little "pixie".
On her many nature and fishing adventures as a little girl, she was taught the love for nature. She loved her birds, especially eagles and everything beautiful. She also loved her kitties, especially mean old, Clyde.
She is survived by her husband, Raymond, love at first sight and the love of her life, who she married in 1973; daughter, Amy (Josh) Thacker; grandchildren, Sarah and Christopher; brother, Dave (JoAnn) King; many nieces, nephews and great nieces and great nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and brother, Dan King.
Sharon lived in Washington, PA until the age of four and then moved to Tiffin. She graduated from Tiffin Columbian High School in 1970. After graduation, she and Ray lived in El Paso, TX for two years while Ray was in the service. They moved back to Tiffin and married on January 27, 1973. She worked at Columbian for 30 years before retiring. After being retired for a few short weeks, she started working at Kalmbach Feeds in Upper Sandusky and worked for 13 years before retiring for a second time.
She enjoyed planting flowers, bird watching, kitties and spending time with her daughter and grandchildren. Even though she was a Michigan fan, she was starting to convert to Ohio State.
