Sharon L. Nominee, 77, of Tiffin, passed away Thursday afternoon, June 11, 2026, at Mercy Health-St. Vincent Hospital in Toledo.

On May 16, 1949, in Tiffin, she was born to Willard and Martha (Gary) McDole. She married Ralph N. Nominee May 27, 1967, and he preceded her in death.

She is survived by three sons, Rick (Deb) Nominee, Mark (Chris) Nominee, Adam Nominee all of Tiffin; daughter, Cindy (Donnie) Long of North Baltimore; 13 grandchildren, Jonathan and Angela Nominee, Corbin and Clayton (Kenzie) Nominee, Ethan, Zachary Nominee, Preston, Peyton, Landon Nominee and Breanna Below, Jonathan, Jessica, and Ryan Long, and 11 great grandchildren; brothers, Fred and Richard (Gin) McDole both of Tiffin.

Sharon was preceded in death by her parents, husband, brother, Joseph McDole; sisters, Sue McDole, Sandy Golden, and Patricia Dotson; granddaughter, Samantha Nominee, and daughter in law, Karrey Nominee.

Sharon attended Tiffin Columbian High School and over the years worked at McDonalds and Betty Jane Center and was a Home Health aide for years for the surrounding area. She enjoyed trips to the Smokey Mountains and Cedar Point, Country Music, car rides and going to the lake, made great desserts and collector of everything Coca-Cola. She loved her family, a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother.

Her funeral will be Saturday, June 20, 2026, at 11:30 AM at Hoffmann-Gottfried-Mack Funeral Home& Crematory with Chaplain Dawn Bodak officiating. Burial will follow in St. Joseph Cemetery.

Friends may visit and share stories with the family on Saturday, June 20, 2026, from 10:00 A.M. until the time of service at the funeral home.
