Sharon J. Sponseller, 68, of Tiffin, passed away on Wednesday morning, January 6, 2016 at her home.

She was born on October 31, 1947, in Bellevue, Ohio to Ralph and Alberta (Shelley) Agerter. On January 13, 1968, she married Lee Sponseller.

Survivors include her husband, Lee of Tiffin; four daughters, Barbara (Jeff) McNutt of Fremont, Robyn Young of Raeford, NC, Shelle Sponseller of Las Vegas, NV and Melissia (Chris) Pruett of Hilliard; brother, Jim (Carol) Agerter of Carey; sister, Marsha (Henry) Sullivan of Tiffin; 7 grandchildren, Shelby, Josh and Trevor Young, Zachary and Aaron McNutt, and Taisen and MacKenna Calvin; and 1 great grandchild.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and sister, Barbara Agerter.

Sharon graduated in 1966 from Tiffin Columbian High School and worked at S.S. Kresge, Kmart and Meijer in Findlay as a clerk for over 25 years. She was a member of the V.F.W. Ladies Auxiliary Tiffin Post #2858, enjoyed shopping and was very dedicated to her husband, children and grandchildren.

Her Funeral Service will be at 10:00 A.M. on Monday, January 11, 2016 at Hoffmann-Gottfried-Mack Funeral Home & Crematory, 236 S. Washington St., Tiffin, Ohio 44883, (419) 447-2424 with Rev. Jan Kucera officiating. Burial will be private at a later date at Fairmont Cemetery.

Friends may visit with the family from 4-7:00 P.M. on Sunday, January 10, 2016 at the funeral home.
