Sharon Lee Troxell, 79, of Tiffin, passed away on Tuesday evening, April 30, 2024 at The Willows At Tiffin.
She was born on May 08, 1944, in Tiffin, Ohio, to Francis and Dorothy (Bridinger) Swander. On October 17, 1964, she married Ronald "Ron" Troxell.
Survivors include her husband, Ronald Troxell of Tiffin; daughters, Kim (Jack) Jardine of Monclova and Annette (David) Gardner of Tiffin; sister, Judy (Dan) Coppes of Tiffin; and three grandchildren, Alyssa Noonan, Logan Gardner and Cierra Jardine.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Sharon was a 1962 graduate of Tiffin Columbian High School. She started her career working at RCA in Findlay, then worked at Dr. Lowery's Office for over 10 years. She then retired from the Tiffin Developmental Center after working in direct care for 17 years. She was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church, Tiffin Eagles #402 and the AmVets Post 48. Sharon was very outgoing, loving person. She enjoyed socializing and vacationing with her family and friends. Her children and grandchildren were the center of her world.
Her Funeral Mass will be at 10:00 A.M. on Tuesday, May 07, 2024 at St. Mary Catholic Church with Rev. Matthew Rader officiating. A Rosary will be prayed 30 minutes prior to Mass. Burial will follow in St. Mary Catholic Cemetery.
Friends may visit with the family from 5-7:00 P.M. on Monday, May 06, 2024 at Hoffmann-Gottfried-Mack Funeral Home & Crematory, 236 S. Washington St., Tiffin, Ohio 44883, (419) 447-2424.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association or to St. Mary Catholic Church.
