Sherry Jean Jensen, 46, of Tiffin, died Wednesday evening, December 2, 2009, at her home.

On November 7, 1963, she was born in Findlay to Paul and Sharon (Spence) Reis. On June 24, 1982, she married Sam Jensen and they later divorced.

Survivors include her father, Paul, her ex-husband, Sam, both of Tiffin, three daughters, Brandy Lee Grasmick of Orlando, FL, Michelle Jone Jensen and Samantha Jensen, both at home, a brother, Gene Reis of Logan, a sister, Paula Peters of Logan, Cathy Stallard of Tiffin and Jada Bauman of North Baltimore and three grandchildren.

Preceding her in death is her mother.

There is no visitation and memorial graveside services will be at a later date.

Memorial contributions can be made to the funeral home to help the family with expenses.
