Steven F. Fruth, Sr., 76, of Tiffin, passed away Saturday morning, May 10, 2025, at Mercy Hospital in Tiffin.

Steve was born on March 15, 1949, to Franklin and Nereid (Oakleaf) Fruth.

He enjoyed woodworking, genealogy, and was a Pittsburgh Steelers fan.

In addition to his parents, Steve is preceded in death by his brother-in-law, David Hignite and two great grandchildren.

Steve is survived by his son, Steven (Angela) Fruth, Jr., of Republic; daughters, Jennifer (Scott) Werling, of Alvada, Amy (Brian) Siebenaller, of Tiffin; brother, David Fruth, of Missouri; sister, Cheryl Hignite; ten grandchildren, nine great grandchildren and two expected very soon.

Friends may visit with the family on Friday, May 16, 2025, from 3:00-4:00 P.M., at Hoffmann-Gottfried-Mack Funeral Home & Crematory, 236 S Washington St., Tiffin, Ohio 44883, (419) 447-2424.

His memorial service will be held at 4:00 P.M. on Friday, May 16, 2025, at Hoffmann-Gottfried-Mack Funeral Home & Crematory, with Rev. Zach Pinkerton officiating.
