Obituary
Terry Jean Chaikin, 63, of Tiffin passed away Sunday morning, February 5, 2012 at Tiffin Developmental Center.
On December 12, 1948 in Cleveland, OH; she was born to Dr. William and Esther Faye (Felter) Chaikin.
Survivors include a sister, Carole (Charles) Chase of Brentwood, TN.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be Wednesday, February 8, 2012 at 10:30 AM at Our Lady of Hope in Attica with Rev. Paul A. Fahrbach officiating. Burial will follow in St. Bernard Catholic Cemetery in New Washington.
Memorial contributions may be made to a charity of choice.
Hoffmann-Gottfried-Mack Funeral Home & Crematory is assisting the family.
