Vicky Bulkowski, 57, of Tiffin, lost her battle with cancer, on Wednesday, March 16, 2022 at her home.

She was born on March 22, 1964, in Mount Vernon, Ohio to Chester Ray and Mary Lou (Payne) Ratliff.  On December 7, 1987, she married Larry Bulkowski and he preceded her in death on July 6, 2011.

She is survived by her daughters, Kisha (Jason Hurst) Ratliff and Amber (Nate Jividen) Bulkowski, both of Tiffin; sisters, Barb Ratliff, Sharon Ratliff and Brenda Ratliff, all of Tiffin; six grandchildren, Eligh Hurst, Nevaeh Peck, Mia Botton, Eyan Hurst, Karmella Jividen and Izaiah Jividen.

She was also preceded in death by her parents; and brother, Chester D. Ratliff.

Vicky loved playing Bingo, reading, playing cards, especially Euchre and loved her dogs, Squirt, Pixie, Gizmo and her grand dog, Rocky.  She was the best cook and loved spending time with her grandchildren.  She loved being with her friends.  Vicky was the kindest, most loving person you could be around.
