William V. "Bill" "Barney" Barnhart, 71, of Tiffin, passed away on Sunday, December 6, 2020 at home.

He was born on October 10, 1949, in Tiffin, Ohio, to Vincent D. and Agnes J. (Rogala) Barnhart.

Survivors include his brother, Robert (Cheryl) Barnhart of Tiffin; and nieces, Dr. Michelle Barnhart of Sacramento, CA and Stephanie (Jim) Osborn of Tiffin.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Bill graduated in 1968 from Calvert High School and owned his own refrigeration/cooling business, Accu-Temp.  He served in the United States Army, during the Vietnam War and was honorably discharged on December 3, 1975.  He was a great mechanic and was a life member of Tiffin VFW, Post 2858 and the DAV.

The Seneca County United Veterans Council will conduct military honors on Saturday, June 26, 2021 at 2:00 PM at the Tiffin AmVets with a luncheon to follow.

Memorial contributions may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
