William Charles "Bill" Reinhart, 72, of Alvada, passed away on Monday, July 15, 2024 at his home.

He was born on August 29, 1951, in Fostoria, Ohio, to Leonard S. and Mildred M. (Schmitz) Reinhart.  On May 08, 1971, he married Delores L. "Dory" Stiverson.

Survivors include his wife Delores "Dory" Reinhart of Alvada; children, Tammy (Tim) Emshoff of Tiffin, Bill Reinhart II of Roseburg, Oregon and Steve (Leigh Foust) Reinhart of Curtis; grandchildren, Brandon (Sierra) Emshoff, Cadin (Tegan Wietrzykowski) Emshoff, Ryan Emshoff, Dillon Reinhart, Lucy Reinhart and Thomas Stephens; sisters, Jane Carbone of MI, Susan Schlachter of Defiance, Mary Reinhart of MI, Carol (Dale Karcher) Reinhart of CA and Nancy Sites of Fostoria.

He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, John Reinhart, Bob Reinhart and Larry Reinhart; and sister, Linda Ulrich.

Bill graduated in 1969 from New Riegel High School and retired from American Standard after 36 years.  He was a member of All Saints Parish, New Riegel, Sandusky River Coon Hunter's, Pheasants Forever, Fostoria United Sportsman and the Moose.  Bill was a safety hunter education course instructor for over 40 years, past Scout Master for Troop 435, enjoyed hunting and was an avid wine maker.  Bill was always willing to volunteer and help anyone who needed a hand.

His Funeral Mass will be at 10:00 A.M. on Saturday, July 20, 2024 at All Saints Parish with Rev. Timothy Kummerer officiating.  The Mass will be livestreamed at www.allsaints-parish.com.  Burial will follow in St. Peter's Cemetery, Alvada.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Sandusky River Coon Hunters, Pheasants Forever or to a charity of the donor's choice.
