William D. "Bill" Scherger, 67, of Tiffin, passed away Friday, April 10, 2015 at his home.

He was born on November 30, 1947 to William Lewis and Christine J. (Vondenberg) Scherger.

He is survived by many cousins.

He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Deacon Daniel Lewis Scherger in 2011.

Bill was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church and a graduate of Calvert Catholic Schools in 1966. After graduation, Bill served in the Navy for a year in 1967. He worked at Cardinal Auto Parts and retired from EA Bush Chevrolet as a parts manager.

There will be no visitation.

His graveside services will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Friday, April 17, 2015 at St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery with Rev. Joseph Szybka officiating.

Memorial contributions may be made to St. Joseph Catholic Church or Deacon Dan 5K Color Run.
