Obituary
Zachary L. Jacobs, 24, of Tiffin, died Monday September 22, 2008 as a result of an automobile accident.
He was born March 6, 1984 in Tiffin, OH to Rocky and Peggy (Koch) Jacobs and they survive in Tiffin.
Other survivors include a brother Shane (Ann) Jacobs of Tiffin; sister, Megan Hoerig of Tiffin; nephews, Aaron and Devin Steyer, niece, Jordan Jacobs, Maternal grandmother, Anna Mae McClintock of Tiffin, and many friends.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Melvin and Patricia Jacobs and maternal grandfather, Samuel Koch.
Zachary attended Mohawk High School and enjoyed motorcycles, the Atlanta Braves and his playstation.
A memorial service will be Monday, September 29, 2008 at 12:00 Noon with Rev. Roger Perl officiating at Hoffmann-Gottfried-Mack Funeral Home, 236 S. Washington St. Tiffin, OH 44883, 419-447-2424.
Burial will follow in Rock Creek Cemetery.
Friends may visit with the family on Monday, September 29, 2008 from 10-12 PM at Hoffmann-Gottfried-Mack Funeral Home.
Memorial contributions may be made at the funeral home to the family.
