Alma L. (Lawhead) Haaser

Alma L. Haaser, 101, of Tiffin, passed away on Wednesday afternoon, October 23, 2019.

She was born on August 12, 1918, in Adrian, Ohio, to George and Helen (Messner) Lawhead.  On September 4, 1937, she married Franklin J. Haaser and he preceded her in death on January 3, 1994.

Survivors include her son, Thomas F. (Karen) Haaser of Bryan; daughter, Carol (Herbert) Love of Tiffin; three grandchildren; six great grandchildren; three great, great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.

She was also preceded in death by her parents; brother, Elmer Haaser; and sister, Maxine Bishop.

Alma graduated in 1936 from Columbian High School and enjoyed reading, being at home, shopping and loved spending time with her family.

Her Funeral Service will be at 1:00 P.M. on Saturday, October 26, 2019 at Hoffmann-Gottfried-Mack Funeral Home & Crematory, 236 S. Washington St., Tiffin, Ohio 44883, (419) 447-2424 with Rev. Richard Green  officiating.  Burial will follow in St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery.

Friends may visit with the family from 11:00 A.M. until the time of the Service on Saturday at the funeral home.
