Carol A. Falter, 76, formerly of Tiffin, passed away Thursday evening, October 7, 2010, at her daughter's home in Whitehouse.

She was born June 5, 1934, in Sandusky, to the late Raymond and Ruth (Miller) Welter. She married Jerome P. Falter in St. Joseph Catholic Church on September 13, 1958, and he preceded her in death on November 20, 2001.

Survivors include two sons, Charles Falter and Donald Falter, both of Tiffin; a daughter, Bonnie (Rob) Jackson of Whitehouse; a brother, Roger (Bobbie) Welter of Tiffin; a sister, Kathy (Joe) Frankart of Bascom; two grandchildren, Nicholas and Christopher Jackson.

Carol was a 1952 graduate of Calvert High School and attended Tiffin University. She was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church.

There is no visitation and burial will be private in St. Mary Catholic Cemetery.

Memorial contributions can be made to Hospice of Northwest Ohio, or the Chiara Unit at St. Francis Home.
