Carol Risner Obituary

Carol A. Risner, 77, of Tiffin, passed away on Saturday, January 21, 2023 at Mercy Health-St. Vincent Medical Center and her husband, Gerald “Terry” Risner, 78, passed away on Monday, January 23, 2023 at Mercy Health-St. Vincent Medical Center, both as a result of Covid.

Carol was born on April 29, 1945, in Tiffin, Ohio to John and Rosemarie (Simmons) Picciuto.

Terry was born on November 24, 1944, in Wyandot County, Ohio to Ernie and Grace (Hamlin) Risner.

Carol and Terry were married on September 20, 1969. They have two sons, William J. (Sue) Risner of Tiffin and Randy S. Risner of GA and Terry also has another son, Bobby G. Brown of McCutchenville. They have three grandchildren, Anthony W. Risner, Ashley Risner Guerra and Alexia Ann Price; and eight great grandchildren. Carol is also survived by her special aunt, Sue Picciuto; and cousin, Jill Picciuto.

At Carol and Terry’s request, there will not be any Services.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Humane Society of Seneca County.
