Daniel L. Hagan Sr., 88, passed away Sunday October 10, 2021 at home surrounded by his family.
He was born on July 4, 1933 in Labette County, Kansas, to Charles G “Gary” and Ruth E (Waugh) Hagan.
Daniel graduated in 1951 from LCCHS in Altamont, KS. On August 31, 1952 he married Tressa R Jones. He was employed by Ford Motor Company as a Tool & Die Journeyman in Buffalo NY and Supervisor in Woodhaven MI., retiring in1994.
Daniel loved his family dearly, and also enjoyed reading, playing guitar, singing, and helping others.
Survivors include wife of 69 years, Tressa “Bobbie” Hagan of Tiffin; brother, Billy D. and Bonnie Hagan of St Charles, MO., sons, Daniel L (Jr.) and Debbie Hagan of Oakland MI., and Douglas L Hagan of Bardstown, KY., daughter, Denise L (Hagan) Manning and James B Manning of Republic, OH.
Also survived by grandchildren, Emily Hagan and Thomas Doyon of Mequon, WI., Matthew Hagan of Oxford MI., Josiah and Christine Hagan of Ashburnham, MA., Christopher Macharia of Chicago, IL., Philip and Hope Manning of Cincinnati OH., Michael and Laura Manning of Bellevue, OH., and Shelley Hoffman of Clyde, OH. Daniel has 9 great-grandchildren, Daniel “Danny”, Kelvin, Mariska, Alex, David, Joshua, Christopher, Tabitha and Matthew and a tenth great-grandchild on the way March 2022.
He was preceded in death by his youngest son, David Lynn Hagan; niece, Cynthia Diane Hagan; parents; brother, Lynn D Hagan; and sisters, Wilma Addock and Berva DeCow.

A Celebration of Life Memorial Service will be held November 20, 2021 at 2:00 P.M. , Fort Seneca Community Church 5661 N. St. Rt. 53, Tiffin, OH. 44883.
