Diana M. (Scherger) Schroth

Diana M. Schroth, 58, of Tiffin, passed away in the Emergency Room Saturday evening, August 14, 2021, at Mercy Health-Tiffin Hospital.

On April 23, 1963, in Tiffin, she was born to Ralph and Dolly (Brickner) Scherger.

She is survived by her mother, Dolly of Sydney; daughter, Kylee Schroth of Tiffin; sons, Nathaniel Schroth of Tiffin; Nick (Ann Gottfried) Schroth of Kansas; brother Brad Scherger of California; two sisters, Brenda Mowery of Tiffin; Barb (Scott) Roddy of Sydney and her pride and joy, granddaughter Claire Schroth.

She was preceded in death by her father, Ralph.

Diana was a 1981 graduate of Mohawk High School and earned her nursing degree from Marion Tech.  She was a Registered Nurse for many area hospitals, including Bellevue, Tiffin, Upper Sandusky and Findlay working in the ER and OB Departments.  She traveled for years for TNAA (Traveling Nurse Across America), working throughout the United States.  She was currently working at Promedica in Fremont in the Emergency Room for the past year.  Diana enjoyed traveling, being outdoors, crocheting blankets and baby blankets, getting together with family and friends, but most of all she loved spending time with her granddaughter, Claire.

Friends may visit and share stories with the family on Thursday, August 19, 2021, from 5-7 PM at Hoffmann-Gottfried-Mack Funeral Home & Crematory.  There will be no service or burial.

Memorial contributions may be made to Mohawk School in memory of Diana.  These contributions will be used to help further the education of student pursuing a degree in nursing.
