Karl Harper

Karl Richard Harper, 88, of Tiffin, passed away on Monday, September 21, 2020 at The Willows at Tiffin.

He was born on August 17, 1932, in Tiffin, Ohio, to Harry and Mary (Schriener) Harper.  On May 30, 1959, he married Mary Jo Terry. 

Survivors include his wife, Mary Jo Harper of Tiffin; son, Tim (Patti) Harper, Sr. of Tiffin; three grandsons; and four great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his brother, Harry J. Harper; and sisters, Lucille Fox and Kathryn Brickner.

Karl graduated in 1952 from Tiffin Calvert High School and worked maintenance at Heidelberg and local nursing homes.  He enjoyed farming, woodworking, cabinetry, chickens and gardening.

There will not be any services at this time.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to The Willows at Tiffin, St. Francis Home or to a local conservation club.

Hoffmann-Gottfried-Mack Funeral Home & Crematory is assisting the family with arrangements.
