Kristin M. Raudabaugh, 44, of Tiffin, passed away on Friday, February 22, 2019.
She was born on February 22, 1975, in Tiffin, Ohio to Richard and Patricia E. (Smith) Boes. She married Eric Raudabaugh on October 14, 2000 and they later separated.
Survivors include her father, Richard (Jacquie Dorring) Boes of Stoney Ridge; brother, Robert J. (Rebecca) Boes of Benton Harbor, MI; sister, Catherine Boes of Tiffin; nephews, Evan W. Boes and Cole M. Seifert and many aunts, uncles and cousins. Also surviving is her mother’s fiancée’, Jeff Carter of Tiffin and his children; Jeremy (Amanda) Carter of McCutchenville; and Christa (Robert) Lawrence of Tiffin.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Patricia E. Boes on February 5, 2019 and her grandparents, Wilbert J. “Pete” and Hildegarde Boes and James and Dorothy Smith.
Kristin graduated from Tiffin Columbian High School in 1993 and following her love of sports, earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Sports Medicine from Ohio Northern University. Kristin took pride in her job with the City of Tiffin Parks Department and volunteered much of her time with friends at local veterans’ organizations. She enjoyed concerts, watching and attending Ohio State Football, Cleveland Browns, Cavaliers and Indians games. Kristin was a free spirited philosophical person who was passionate about writing, doing good and making a difference for others. The smile that brightened the day for many will be missed but never forgotten.
Her Funeral Mass will be at 12:00 P.M. on Saturday, March 2, 2019 at St. Joseph Catholic Church with Rev. Joseph Szybka officiating. A Rosary will be prayed 20 minutes prior to Mass. Burial will be in St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery.
Friends may visit and share stories with the family from 6-8:00 P.M. on Friday, March 1, 2019 and on Saturday, March 2, 2019 from 10-11:30 AM at Hoffmann-Gottfried-Mack Funeral Home & Crematory prior to Mass.
Memorial contributions may be made to Calvert High School W.J. Boes Educational Fund, Seneca County Humane Society, or a local veterans group of choice.
