Lisa Rose (Bell) Boehler

Lisa Rose Boehler, 62, of Bettsville, passed away on Tuesday, September 7, 2021 at Good Shepherd Home, Fostoria.

She was born on August 30, 1959, in Tiffin, Ohio to James and Ida Mae (Runion) Bell.  She married David Boehler and they later divorced.

Survivors include her mother, Ida Mae Bell of Tiffin; son, Thane Boehler of Tiffin; daughter, Tyne Brown of Fostoria; brother, James E. (Becky) Bell of Tiffin; sister, Brenda K. “Susie” (Thomas) Morrison of Tiffin; and seven grandchildren, Carson, Chloye, Keyera, Alex, Dominic, Dallas and Dalilah.

She was preceded in death by her father, James Bell; fiancé, Joseph Walland; and her first husband, David Boehler.

Lisa was a 1977 graduate of Tiffin Columbian High School and was an STNA at Elmwood at The Shawhan, Autumnwood Care Center and Tiffin Developmental Center.  Before becoming an STNA, she was a cashier at Cook’s and worked at Foodtown.  Lisa enjoyed helping others, arts and crafts, painting, finding a good sale, going on car rides, listening to music and laying around a pool, was a sun worshiper and loved her cat and dog. 

Her Funeral Service will be at 3:00 P.M. on Monday, September 13, 2021 at Hoffmann-Gottfried-Mack Funeral Home & Crematory, 236 S. Washington St., Tiffin, Ohio 44883, (419) 447-2424 with Rev. Jerry Copeland officiating.  Burial will follow in St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery.

Friends may visit with the family from 1:00 P.M. until the time of the Service on Monday at the funeral home.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Humane Society of Seneca County, First Call for Help or to the Salvation Army.
