Lisa Kay Stull, 55, of Tiffin, Ohio and Peoria, Arizona, passed away from natural causes on April 1, 2020.
She was born February 25, 1965 in Tiffin, Ohio to the late James Stull & Betty Stull. Lisa graduated from Bettsville High School in 1983 and went on to achieve her Bachelor’s Degree in Education from The University of Toledo in 1987, and her Master of Education from Bowling Green University.
Lisa is survived by her brothers-in-law, Mark Levans and Todd James; brother, Gregory (Denise) Stull; and many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
She is preceded in death by her father; mother; and sisters, Cynthia Levans, and Lori James.
Lisa was a dedicated early childhood development professional, worked very hard and helped open the Family Learning Center at Sentinel. She touched many children’s lives. After early retirement, Lisa relocated to Hilliard, Ohio to enjoy her retirement with her sister, Lori. She dedicated eight years to Franklin County Foster Care System and helped heal abused and neglected children. Children were the heartbeat to Lisa’s soul.
She was a daily Goodwill bargain shopper and spent weekends with Lori finding garage sale treasures. In her own words, “I am a crazy cat lady”, even loving the most difficult ones (Rudy). We will miss her candid opinions about politics as well!
Just recently, Lisa decided to join her niece Brooke, nephew Brandon, great niece Lily, and great nephew Luke in Peoria Arizona. Lori and Lisa often dreamed of living in a sunshine paradise and Lisa made their dream a reality in Lori’s memory. But God had other plans for Lisa. She can now enjoy being with her sisters in heaven.
The family wishes to thank Tina Theobald-Ryan for being there for Lisa and all her hard work helping Lisa through trying times.
A celebration of life for Lisa and her mother, Betty Stull will be at 10:00 A.M. on Friday, September 9, 2022 at Pleasant Union Cemetery, Old Fort with Pastor Jesse Caro officiating.
