Marjorie A. Wilhelm, 91, of Tiffin, passed away on Thursday, April 27, 2023 at The Willows at Tiffin.
She was born on April 04, 1932, in Tiffin, Ohio, to Henry and Marie (Hoerig) Anderson. On May 14, 1955, in St. Joseph Catholic Church, she married John Wilhelm and he preceded her in death on January 24, 2003.
Survivors include her sons, Denny (Linda) Wilhelm and Doug (Rose) Wilhelm, both of Tiffin; daughters, Janet (Bob) Coffman, Sharon Roach, Nancy (Larry) Seifert and Carol (Chuck) Burmeister, all of Tiffin; brother, Richard (Madeline) Anderson of Tiffin; sister, Florence Parkins of Tiffin; 16 grandchildren; and 20 great grandchildren.
She was also preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Charles Anderson, Robert Anderson; and infant, Thomas Anderson; and sisters, Mary Prindle and Helen Swartzmiller.
Marjorie was a 1950 graduate of Tiffin Calvert High School and a member of St. Mary Catholic Church where she volunteered and sang in the women’s and mixed choirs. She was a big supporter of Calvert Catholic Schools, enjoyed volunteering at St. Francis, bowling at the Knights of Columbus #608 for 45 years, playing cards, pinochle, casino trips, ceramics, playing Bingo, puzzles and loved family get-togethers.
Her Funeral Mass will be at 10:00 A.M. on Tuesday, May 02, 2023 at St. Mary Catholic Church with Rev. Gary Walters officiating. A Rosary will be prayed 30 minutes prior to Mass. Burial will be at a later date in St. Mary Catholic Cemetery.
