Marlene F. (Bumb) Seifert

Marlene F. Seifert, 80, of Tiffin, passed away Friday afternoon, June 30, 2023 at Mercy Health-Tiffin Hospital.

On April 28, 1943 in Fremont, she was born to Harold and Isabell (Elchert) Bumb. She married Kenneth Geyman and he passed away in 1965. On November 25, 1967, Marlene married Kenneth Seifert who passed away in 2007.

Marlene is survived by her sons; Larry (Nancy) Seifert, of Tiffin, Roger Seifert, of Tiffin, Gary (Angie) Seifert, of Tiffin, daughter; Rose (Doug) Wilhelm, of Tiffin, brothers; Gerald (Shirley) Bumb, of Sycamore, Delbert (Karen) Bumb, of New Riegel, Richard (Chris) Bumb, of Alvada, sisters; LaDonna Hucke, of Carey, Berneda Brady, of Sycamore, Percilla Nye, of New Riegel, 14 grandchildren, and 3 great grandchildren.

In addition to her husbands, she was preceded in death by her parents, and a brother, Ronald Bumb.

Marlene was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church and a 1961 graduate of New Riegel High School. She traveled the United States and enjoyed farming and gardening. Her family was her life.

Her Mass of Christian Burial will be Thursday, July 06, 2023, at 10:00 AM at St. Joseph Catholic Church with Rev. Gary Walters officiating. Burial will follow in St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery.

Friends may visit on Wednesday, July 05, 2023 from 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM at Hoffmann-Gottfried-Mack Funeral Home & Crematory.
