Mary J. (Rankin) McClung

Mary Jean McClung passed away at home with family on January 20, 2021. 

Mary was born in Crawford County, Ohio, September 22, 1929.  She grew up on a farm with her 4 siblings, mother, and father. Mary had a large, warm extended family which brought joy throughout her years. 

After marriage, Mary and Bob moved to Tiffin, Ohio and began a successful Veterinary practice, farming and livestock enterprise. Together they created a wonderful life for 4 children: Robert (Jan), Betsy (Dave), J. Bradley, Barbara; 9 grandchildren, and 8 great grandchildren. 

She was preceded in death by her late husband, Robert Wayne McClung.

Mary was a devoted wife, loving mother, and caring grandma. She will be very missed. 

On Saturday, January 30th at 11:00 A.M., there will be a time to reflect and remember with the family at St. Paul’s United Methodist Church, Fellowship Hall, followed at by a Memorial Service at 12:00 Noon in the Sanctuary with Rev. Charlene Thomas officiating.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Paul’s United Methodist Church. Tiffin Ohio and Seneca County Humane Society.
