Michael J. Autullo, 97, of Tiffin, passed away on Tuesday evening, March 16, 2021 at Randall Residence of Tiffin.
He was born on May 9, 1923, in Tiffin, Ohio to Matteo and Carmella (Nappa) Autullo. On May 3, 1952, he married Ruth Goldsborough and she preceded him in death on March 24, 2019.
Survivors include his daughters, Carol (Jim) Hartman and Jean (Tim) Frisch, both of Tiffin; son, Tom Autullo of Tiffin; five grandchildren, Nathan (Becky) Hartman, Ryan Hartman, Tony (Dakota) Frisch, Jolene (Nick Roddy) Autullo and Allyson (Matt) Work; and six great grandchildren, Dylan, Weston, Gabrielle, Hailey, Hayden and Harper.
He was also preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Daniel L. Autullo, Anthony Autullo and Joseph Autullo; and sister, Rosemary Margraf.
Michael graduated from Tiffin Columbian High School and served in the United States Army-Air Corp., stationed in England, during World War II. He owned the Tiffin Shoe Shop, was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church and a life-member of VFW Post 2858 and Tiffin Eagles #402. Michael enjoyed golfing until the age of 90, winning several championships. He also liked the occasional trip to the casino, bus tours and bowling.

His Funeral Mass will be at 10:30 A.M. on Saturday, March 20, 2021 at St. Mary Catholic Church with Rev. Matthew Rader and Rev. Gary Walters officiating. A Rosary will be prayed 30 minutes prior to Mass. Burial will follow in St. Mary Catholic Cemetery with military honors being conducted by the United Veterans Council.
