Michael Dale Puffenberger, 70, of Tiffin, passed away on Saturday, January 17, 2026 at Mercy Health-Tiffin Hospital.

He was born on October 02, 1955, in Tiffin, Ohio, to Burton Dale and Eleanor Edith (VanGlider) Puffenberger.  He married Cleo "Cissy" Reiter and she preceded him in death in 2016.

Survivors include his stepchildren, Brad Kirian and Natalie Ryan; brother, Marty Puffenberger; sisters, Pat Englehart and Lou Ann Kuhn; and neighbors, Tim and Janice Fish.

He was also preceded in death by his parents; stepson, Scott Kirian; brother, James Puffenberger; and sisters, Carol Griffin and Sharon Tilton.

Michael was a 1974 graduate of Old Fort High School and worked at Ameriwood.  He was an OSU, Cleveland Indians and Cleveland Browns fan, enjoyed being and working outdoors.

There will not be any services for Michael.
