Micky E. Thallman

Micky "Mick" E. Thallman, 52, of Tiffin, passed away Friday afternoon, August 28, 2020 at the University of Toledo Medical Center after a brief illness.

He was born on February 28, 1968, in Tiffin, Ohio to Wayne E. and Peggy Lou (Hunker) Thallman.  On November 1, 2000, he married Jennifer Miller.

Survivors include his mother, Peggy Lou Thallman of Tiffin; step mother, Donna Thallman of Tiffin; wife, Jennifer Thallman of Tiffin; daughter,Suzanna Thallman of Cleveland; son, Zane Thallman of Tiffin; brother, Shannon (Stacy) Thallman of Tiffin; sisters, Deb Thallman of Farmington, MI, Bev Gaietto of Tiffin, Sue Ann (Todd) Case of Gainesville, GA, Tammy (Shawn) Helberg of Findlay and Danielle (Brian) Steinhauser of Toledo; and many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his father, Wayne Thallman.

Mick graduated in 1986 from Tiffin Columbian High School, from Tiffin University with a Business Administration Degree and was the first kicker at Tiffin University when they started the football program.. He worked at Whirpool in Clyde for several years before starting Circle H Tire on Second Avenue and then moving it to 130 Melmore Street for the last 30 years.  Mick coached both Suzanna and Zane while they were playing sports, was an OSU and New Orleans Saints football fan, enjoyed playing poker, Euchre, camping with his family, fishing with Zane and loved being with his friends and family.

His Memorial Service will be at 8:00 P.M. on Wednesday, September 16, 2020 at Hoffmann-Gottfried-Mack Funeral Home & Crematory, 236 S. Washington St., Tiffin, Ohio 44883, (419) 447-2424 with Pastor Stephanie Little officiating.

Friends may visit with the family from 6:00 P.M. until the time of the Service on Wednesday at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers,memorial contributions may be made to Calvert Catholic Schools or to Zane Thallman's College Fund.
