Peggy A. Summers, 75, of Tiffin, passed away on Sunday, April 4, 2021 at St. Vincent Mercy Medical Center, Toledo.
She was born on September 2, 1945, in New Market, VA, to Allen and Pauline (Dillard) Summers.
Survivors include her brother, Greg (Chris Byrom) Summers of Cleveland; sister, Debra (Lynn Gannon) Summers of Tiffin; nephews, Aaron and Aaric Gannon, both of Tiffin; great nieces and great nephew, Ravyn Gannon, Blayz Gannon and Juvencia Gannon, all of Tiffin.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and brother, Mark Summers.
Peggy graduated in 1964 from Tiffin Columbian High School and from Georganne Academy of Hair Design. She retired from Toledo Mold & Die after 35 years, was a member of Church of the Brethren, enjoyed watching TV, lottery tickets, liked being at home, loved her cat, Arrow, dog, Sohi and was a Cleveland Indians fan. Peggy was a “mother” to a lot of children, enjoyed going to watch all their activities and loved her nieces, nephews and great nieces and great nephews.
There will be a Memorial Service at a later date.
Memorial contributions may be made to the family.
