Ronald "Bosco" E. Everhart

Ronald “Bosco”  E. Everhart, 62, of Tiffin, passed away on Friday, May 17, 2019 at Bridge Hospice in Bowling Green.

He was born on July 10, 1956, in Tiffin, Ohio, to Charles and Alma (Sendelbach) Everhart.  On March 24, 1979; after dating three weeks, he married the love of his life Sylvia J. Benavidez.

Survivors include his mother, Alma Everhart of Tiffin; wife, Sylvia Everhart of Tiffin; son, Christopher (Jackie) Everhart of Tiffin; daughter, Heather (Frank) Steinhauser of Tiffin; brother, Larry (Annette) Everhart of Tiffin; sister, Cathy (Clyde “Mitch”) Smith of Tiffin; and four grandchildren, Caleb, Brooklyn, Selena and Wyatt.

He was preceded in death by his father; and infant brothers, James and Michael.

Ronald graduated in 1975 from Tiffin Columbian High School and started working at Ameriwood, retiring in 2018 after 42 years.  He loved his job and enjoyed golfing with the kids, bowling, corn hole tournaments, and watching the Browns, Cavs, and Indians. Ronald will be remembered for his infectious smile, followed by a giggle.  He made friends with everyone.

His Funeral Mass will be at 10:00 A.M. on Friday, May 24, 2019 at St. Joseph Catholic Church with Rev. Joseph Szybka officiating.  A Rosary will be prayed 20 minutes prior to Mass.  Burial will follow in St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery.

Friends may visit with the family from 4-8 P.M. on Thursday, May 23, 2019 at Hoffmann-Gottfried-Mack Funeral Home & Crematory, 236 S. Washington St., Tiffin, Ohio 44883, (419) 447-2424. Prayers will begin at 3:30 PM prior to visitation.

Memorial contributions may be made to St. Joseph Catholic Church, FACT, Bridge Hospice or to the Armes Family Cancer Care Center in Findlay.
