Wanda E. Hodge, 74, of Tiffin, passed away on Sunday evening, May 12, 2019 at the Cleveland Clinic
She was born on January 1, 1945, in Hamilton, Ohio, to Joseph and Freda (Sloneker) Drayer. On December 27, 1964, she married Larry L. Hodge.
Survivors include her husband, Larry of Tiffin; son, Chris Hodge of Bellevue; brother, Charles (Mary) Drayer of Dayton; and sister, Marilyn Cozart of Nashville, TN.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Wanda graduated in 1963 from Union High School in College Corner, Ohio and worked as a secretary, bookkeeper, and traffic manager, later retiring in 2005 as a secretary and bookkeeper from George Lum Company in Fremont. She was a member of the Tiffin Moose #846, enjoyed traveling, walking 2 to 3 miles every day and was an avid reader. Wanda had many friends and never met a person she did not like.
Her Funeral Service will be at 12:00 Noon on Saturday, May 18, 2019 at Hoffmann-Gottfried-Mack Funeral Home & Crematory, 236 S. Washington St., Tiffin, Ohio 44883, (419) 447-2424 with Pastor Clayton Bailey officiating. Burial will be Monday, May 20, 2019 at 9:30 A.M. in Pleasant Union Cemetery, Old Fort.
Friends may visit with the family from 10:00 A.M. until the time of the funeral on Saturday at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Tiffin-Seneca Public Library.
