Dear Elaine & Jim,
So sorry to learn of the passing of your mother. I know she was one of the reasons you came back to Ohio every summer, but still hoping to see you sometime in the future. I knew there had to be a reason I was thinking of you two that day she passed, as there was no trigger (like passing any of the homes in the area where you'd lived before). Although I know I had your e-mail address (and I thought your Colorado address), I can no longer locate either since my computer was hit by lightening, but you have our sympathy.
Love, Butch & Linda Tiell

To My Friend ----------

Of all the people in my life from beginning to the end
You've been a special blessing, A dear and faithful friend.
.
You filled my life with laughter, in joy and sadness shared.
I knew you'd always be there because you truly cared.

I was blessed to have you near me and hoped you always would,
To share our years together. Thanks, Mabel, for the happy times we could.

Elaine and family,
My condolences to you and your family. I so enjoyed your mom. My memories of her involve Girl Scouts. I remember you and I working on a Girl Scout badge at your kitchen table with your mom. I hope you find comfort in your memories of her.

Momma Elaine, Sean, Ryan and Brandon im so sorry for Ur loss for grandma Starr was truly one of a kind and loved by so many especially me since she was like my grandma too. She was a strong, understanding and a very high patience having all of us crazy kids always around her lol. She will be missed greatly but she is out of that broken shell of body and in no more pain. Now she is in heaven with grandpa Starr and our beloved & greatly missed Megan. They all will be watching over us and protecting us. Im sorry for all of the family's loss. R.I.P.. DEAR MABEL AND GOODNIGHT.

Elaine and family-- All the fond memories of conversations with Mabel from our school days, the fun times on Beechwood Drive, to the many times our paths would cross at the flea market, garden store, etc. What a lady and a beautiful person. Her kindness, sincerity and incredible wit always made an encounter memorable and usually quite fun. Take comfort in all the wonderful memories and know that she will keep St Peter in check ! God Bless.

I so enjoying assisting Mable during my time at Elmwood, and visiting with her over the past three years or so when I'd stop by to see my dad. Such a character, and the spunk! Will remember her fondly always.

Mabel was a sweet and kind lady. I'm glad that I had a chance to meet her. She lived down the hall from my dad and ate meals with him before he passed away in November. I'm going to miss her smile. Rest in peace.

To Mab;els Family. I will always have a fond memory of your Mom as my 4 H advisor. I remember our meetings in your home, and her seemingly tireless commitment to our club. My grandchildren are now in 4H and I reflect on so much of what I gained and learned from my years of guidence from her and share it fondly with them.

I am the lady who visited your Mother at Elmwood. I always took her to Thanksgiving Dinner and to the Christmas party. We had so much fun last Christmas and I will remember her
from that. She was an interesting lady... I will miss her.. Tks for letting me be her friend.
