Robb was raised in Tiffin, where he graduated from Tiffin Columbian High School in 1990. He attended Terra Community College for 2 years, and 1998 he graduated from the Cincinnati College of Mortuary Science, where he earned his Bachelor of Mortuary Science.
Robb purchased the funeral home from David and Patricia Gottfried in October of 2004. He married Shellie Aller June 16, 2010 and has two young daughters, Chloe and Sophie, and step son, Nathaniel.

Dave is a member of the Tiffin Lions Club and enjoys camping around the area and spending time with his three sons and grandchildren.
